Property Assessments

Jim Engler’s Homework-Property Assessments©
are offered through many Cleveland area real estate agents, as well as directly via “Homework”, upon request.  Our thorough understanding of property maintenance and repairs allows “Homework” to inspect any property from a professional point-of-view. All Homework-Property Assessments© include a written checklist of conditions identified, as well as recommendations and an estimate pertaining to necessary corrections and repairs.  Assessments are based on Jim Engler’s 20+ years of experience with similar properties and are often requested prior to offering a home for sale. These assessments enable a property owner to have necessary corrections made before establishing a listing or price.
